Alex Fontenot is an Elite play making wide receiver from Alexandria High in Louisiana where he led his team in receiving yards this year as a junior with 1,047 yards, 62 receptions and a brilliant 17 touchdowns. He has several big time plays when his team needed it and throughout the playoffs. He is now one of the most productive receivers in Alexandria history and in his District.
Alex is 6’2, 180 pounds and runs a 4.5 laser forty. He benches 250 lbs and squats 350. He is great at route running, jukes, creating space, but most importantly he has great hands and is not afraid to lay out to make the big catch. He was 1st Team All-District this year and 1st team All-CenLA. He has a 3.2 GPA academically. Alex has already received a handful of D1 full ride offers. He is looking for the right fit before he makes his decision.
